Are you ready for a cultural extravaganza like no other? Asa Day, the Yoruba not-for-profit organization, is proud to announce its annual celebration, and this year, we're taking it to the heart of Canada — Winnipeg, Manitoba!

At Asaday 2023, we're on a mission to promote culture beyond borders and advocate for the preservation of our rich heritage. Our theme for this year is Pursuing Global Peace through Cultural Heritage, highlighting the profound impact of culture in fostering harmony and unity worldwide.
Special Appearance: Our Royal Fathers from Nigeria will be Joining us for this cultural event. Government Representatives from Nigeria, and Nigeria Embassy in Canada, Government Representatives from Manitoba Legislature, Bolaji Amusan (Baba Latin), Odunlade Adekola, Bimbo Oshin and many more.

Day 1 (23rd November): Community Cultural Activities (9am – 3pm)

Day 3 (25th November): Community Cultural Activities (9am – 3pm)
Explore the depths of Yoruba history through captivating storytelling sessions. Shop for unique and handcrafted cultural souvenirs at our artisan market. Contribute to the global peace dialogue through open forums and cultural exchange.
Grand Finale (26th November): 2pm – 7pm
The culmination of Asaday 2023, an evening of grandeur, and unity. Spectacular performances by Yoruba artists, musicians, and dancers. Special guest speakers discussing the significance of culture in fostering global peace. Gala dinner featuring a sumptuous Yoruba feast.
